Job Description:
- Run and manage your own section, ensuring mise en place for service.
- Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and buffet menus according to the hotel's recipes and standards.
- Maintain high levels of food hygiene and safety.
- Work flexible straight shifts to cover the business, including mid-week and weekends. Breakfast shifts may be required to cover holidays.
- Hours approximately 30 hours per week.
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and strive for guest feedback.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Food Safety required.
- Previous hotel experience is preferred, but suitable for promotion.
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a small team and/or alone.
