Job Description

Run and manage your own section, ensuring mise en place for service. Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and buffet menus according to the hotel's recipes and standards. Maintain high levels of food hygiene and safety. Work flexible straight shifts to cover the business, mid-week and weekends. Breakfast shifts may be required to cover holidays. Hours approximately 30 hours per week. Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and strive for guest feedback.

Qualifications

Level 2 Food Safety required. Previous hotel experience is preferred, however suitable for promotion. Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a small team and/or alone.
