Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (bonus points if it's been in the hospitality industry!).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience with Opera PMS or similar systems is a nice-to-have, but not a deal-breaker.
- Comfortable navigating financial software and hotel management systems like a pro.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and stay efficient without needing constant check-ins.
- You're adaptable and thrive when juggling multiple priorities at once.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; clear communication is your jam.
- Solid computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
- A knack for problem-solving and a proactive mindset when tackling challenges or handling tricky guest situations.
