Job Description
At Fairmont St Andrews, we believe the perfect day begins with a perfect breakfast. Set against the stunning coastal backdrop of our five‑star resort, The Squire Restaurant offers guests a warm welcome and exceptional start to their morning. We are looking for friendly and energetic Breakfast Servers to join our Food & Beverage team in The Squire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys early mornings, thrives in a guest‑facing role and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
A little more about what you will be doing:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to guests each morning
- Taking breakfast orders and ensuring food and beverages are delivered efficiently
- Setting up and preparing the restaurant for breakfast service
- Ensuring tables and service areas are clean, organised and beautifully presented
- Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Handling guest requests and queries with confidence and professionalism
- Assisting with clearing, resetting tables and maintaining a smooth service flow
Qualifications
- Previous Food & Beverage experience is preferred but not essential
- A friendly, positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and holidays
