¿Te apasiona el mantenimiento técnico y la gestión de instalaciones? Únete al equipo de Ibis Hotels (Grupo Accor - Essendi) como Técnico/a de Mantenimiento Multihotel en Barcelona. Buscamos una persona proactiva, organizada y con capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, que contribuya al correcto funcionamiento de nuestros hoteles en la ciudad.
Incorporación prevista: Septiembre 2025
Funciones principales:
- Control y supervisión técnica de las instalaciones en 5 hoteles de la cadena Ibis en Barcelona.
- Planificación y seguimiento de trabajos preventivos, correctivos y técnicos legales.
- Coordinación y gestión de proveedores y empresas externas de mantenimiento.
- Solicitud, análisis y valoración de presupuestos técnicos.
- Gestión de materiales y control de stock técnico.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y normativas legales vigentes.
Requisitos:
- Formación técnica (FP en electricidad, climatización, mecánica o similar).
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en mantenimiento técnico en entornos hoteleros, industriales o similares.
- Conocimientos en instalaciones eléctricas, climatización, fontanería y mantenimiento general.
- Capacidad de gestión y coordinación de múltiples ubicaciones.
- Persona resolutiva, autónoma y con buenas habilidades de comunicación.
- Conocimientos de ofimática (redactar mails, tablas de cálculo, etc...).
Información adicional
Se ofrece:
- Contrato indefinido.
