Siamo alla ricerca di una persona dinamica, motivata e con passione per l’ospitalità da inserire nel nostro team come stagista Front Office presso l’Hotel Mercure Roma Centro Colosseo. Come primo punto di contatto per il nostro hotel, il/la receptionist avrà il ruolo cruciale di avere un impatto positivo sui nostri ospiti. Se sei affidabile, solare e ti piace lavorare a contatto con le persone allora questo è il ruolo adatto a te!

Responsibilities:

  • Check in e check out.
  • Assegnazione camere e coordinamento con housekeeping.
  • Anticipare le esigenze degli ospiti e gestire le loro richieste.
  • Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative.
  • Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (una seconda lingua è un plus).
  • Voglia di imparare e crescere nel settore dell’hospitality.
  • Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico e al lavoro in team.

Qualifiche:

  • Personalità orientata al servizio.
  • Capacità di lavorare in Squadra.
