The Multi Hotel Front Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day hotel front office operations at both the Novotel and ibis Southampton. This includes but is not limited to:
- Recruiting, training and maintaining a team to work across both hotels
- Generating the rota for the teams in line with the hotel budgets and forecasts
- Delivering amazing guest experience 24 hours a day
- Driving the Accor Live Limitless membership to all guests
- Dealing with all guest feedback, both directly at the hotel, and via online channels
- Maximising hotel occupancy and opportunities for upselling both the accommodation and food and beverage outlets in the hotels
Qualifications: Our Front Office Manager will be bright, bubbly and keen to interact with all of our guests. You will have:
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role in a hotel front office environment
- Experience in dealing with a variety of guests and guest satisfaction
- Proven ability to manage rooms inventory to maximise hotel profits
- Ability to demonstrate people development of your team, and also yourself
