A rare opportunity has arisen for a Golf Operations Attendant to join our busy team! We are looking for someone to coordinate, assist and supervise the day to day operations of the golf department with the key focus areas being guest service, retail, event management and outdoor services.
A little more about what you will be doing:
- The delivery of first class, five star customer service to all golfers and to lead and instill the value of outstanding service delivery into the entire golf team. Must be totally guest focused at all times.
- Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels; effectively responds to and handles guest problems and complaints seeking assistance from the Director of Golf if necessary but at the same time able to show a clear autonomy and ownership of guest issues and to see an issue through to a positive resolution.
- The roles directly linked and associated with guest service will include retail, meet and greet, on course (golf course ranger roles and marshalling) and event management of golf events.
- Empowered to provide excellent customer service within company standards and to focus on colleague ownership and resolution of guest issues.
- To be actively involved in and performing direct roles in the day to day operational running of the golf.
- To support the tournament function of the resort (for example, the Scottish Seniors Open).
- Other tasks set by the Director of Golf and the Golf Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- A love for all things Golf.
- Experience in a guest facing role would be advantageous.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
