Job Description
First impressions are everything! As a Receptionist, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
- Welcomes guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure
- Contributes to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay
- Helps encourage customer loyalty by building friendly, personalized relationships
- Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration
- Completes all tasks linked to the guest's arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures
- Handles phone calls
- Handles e-mails
- Passes information on as necessary to other departments (conference and banqueting, floor staff, technical etc) and to other members of the front-desk team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar role is preferable
- Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility in working hours essential
- Basic IT skills
- Full training provided
