Job Description

About the role: We are looking for a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Reservations Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in managing guest bookings, maximising occupancy, and delivering a seamless pre‑arrival experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and has a passion for guest service. This is a Monday to Friday role but we require availability to cover weekends when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all hotel reservations via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Ensure all bookings are entered accurately into the PMS system.
  • Respond to guest enquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Assist guests with room availability, rates, and special requests.
  • Work closely with Front Office and Sales teams to support occupancy and operational needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, promotions, and policies.

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Opera Cloud (PMS).
