Suite d'une rénovation complète et d'un changement de marque, vous rejoindrez notre équipe au sein de Novotel Angers Lac de Maine en tant que réceptionniste de nuit. Vous travaillerez dans l'hôtel d'Angers disposant de 79 chambres entièrement rénovées.
Vous assurerez l'accueil téléphonique et physique de la clientèle. Vous effectuerez les réservations de chambres, procéderez à la remise des clés (check in/out) ainsi que la facturation au départ des clients. Vous travaillerez sur le logiciel FOLS. Vous travaillerez de nuit, ferez les clôtures de caisse, rondes de sécurité et dressage des petits déjeuners.
CDI 2 nuits / semaine
- Enregistrer les réservations et actualiser le planning d'occupation des chambres.
- Logiciels de facturation hôtelière.
- Outils bureautiques.
- Renseigner le client sur les prestations de l'établissement et les modalités de réservation.
