Descrição da vaga

Receber e atender os clientes conforme o estilo da marca de atuação. Prestar informações diversas, de acordo com as necessidades dos clientes e práticas essenciais da área. Colocar os clientes no “coração” de tudo o que for realizado, a fim de oferecer a eles uma experiência única e inesquecível, em alinhamento com a Cultura de Serviços AccorHotels.

* Garantir o cumprimento das práticas da Recepção (entre eles check-in e check-out)

* Atender os clientes no restaurante/bar/loja de conveniência do hotel, caso seja necessário, em favor do espírito de polivalência.

* Ser um facilitador de serviços, prestando informações quanto ao funcionamento do hotel.

* Ser o principal interlocutor entre o cliente e outras áreas do hotel, recebendo suas solicitações, sugestões, etc. buscando a resolução.

* Oferecer o programa de fidelidade ALL de acordo com as orientações.

* Ser responsável e zelar pela guarda de todo o recebimento (dinheiro e cartões de crédito). Fazer o controle do fluxo de caixa e garantir que não ocorram discrepâncias.
