Notre hôtel Novotel Deauville Plage recherche activement un réceptionniste tournant F/H, en CDI 39h à partir du 1er juin 2025. En nous rejoignant comme Réceptionniste tournant H/F, vous intégrerez une équipe d’Heartists de 60 collaborateurs dans l’hôtel, dont 7 en Réception. Notre hôtel propose aux voyageurs 100 chambres dont 14 suites, un restaurant bistronomique très en vue à Deauville, un bar, un bar à sushis, une piscine, une salle de fitness et 3 salles de réunions.
Vos futures missions :
- Accueillir les clients de manière personnalisée et chaleureuse
- Prise de réservations et réponse aux demandes des clients sur place, par téléphone, par e-mail
- Effectuer les arrivées et départs des clients dans le strict respect des procédures données
- Gérer les encaissements de manière assidue
- Savoir gérer les situations délicates avec sang-froid et diplomatie
- Lors du travail de nuit : clôture hôtelière, encaissement, anticipation des besoins du lendemain
