Job Description

This is a diverse role covering all aspects of general repair from painting bedrooms and public areas, to repairing toilets, changing light bulbs and gardening, no day is ever the same.

What you will be doing:

  • Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment
  • Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
  • Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Painting and decorating bedrooms to a four star standard

Qualifications

  • Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable, able to work on your own
  • Being able to paint and decorate competently
  • Be proud of your work and to be part of a great family of staff at the hotel
