Job Description
- Welcoming the guests to our F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
- Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards
- Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
- Good knowledge of our products
- Take responsibility for your designated section and station
- Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
- Receiving and processing customers’ payments
- Making sure ingredient labels are visible in all stations
- Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables
- Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns
- Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service mindset with a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic mathematical skills for handling payments and transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant food and beverage service experience or training
- Certification in food safety or hospitality service
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Multilingual abilities
- Experience in an upscale or hotel dining environment
