Position Overview
The Night Auditor ensures a smooth and secure overnight operation, welcoming guests and handling their needs from arrival to departure. They contribute to guest satisfaction through high-quality service while maintaining security and hotel procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check-in/out, and update records.
- Process guest transactions, including billing and cashiering.
- Perform night audits and financial reconciliations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Conduct security rounds and ensure hotel safety procedures are followed.
- Liaise with housekeeping on room status and lost property.
- Manage wake-up calls and distribute reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency protocols.
- Support training and development of team members.

Education & Experience:
- Prior experience in a front office or night audit role preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) advantageous.

As our next Night Team Leader, you…
- Provide guidance and support to the team, managing hotel operations during the night.
- Undertake night audits and corridor checks to make sure everyone in the hotel is safe and looked after.
- Are an autonomous and passionate individual, confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
- Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments, ensuring a continuous link between night and day.
- Work duty manager shifts as and when required.
