We are looking for a flexible and reliable Multitask Team Member to join our hotel team. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and delivering excellent guest service.
As a Multitask Team Member, you will support the daily operations across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and basic Maintenance duties. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests throughout the day and night.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out
- Handle guest enquiries, calls, and requests efficiently
- Perform night audit and daily reporting tasks
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas and back-of-house
- Support kitchen and bar cleaning duties
- Carry out safety checks, fire walks, and basic maintenance inspections
- Ensure security procedures and hotel standards are followed at all times

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house, F&B related functions and the safety of the property and people. By joining us as a Multitasking Team Member, you will become part of a friendly team of 12 talents. Our Hotel Managed offers 210 Ibis rooms, and a bar-restaurant. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
This is a full‑time position (39 hours per week), with a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday and two days off per week. The hourly rate is £14.80 on day shift, £15.30 on night shift. Only candidates with the legal right to work full‑time in the UK will be considered.
