Overview
Our mission at Ibis Edinburgh Royal Mile – Hunter Square is to create memorable moments for our guests, by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell.
This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Receptionist and Food and Beverage duties in line with the business demands.
As our next Multi-Skilled Team Member, you will have the ability to multi-task and maintain a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
You will be flexible and ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between, including Food and Beverage outlets and supporting the Reservations and Back Office teams when needed.
You will be dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests during check-in and check-out and throughout their stay as needed.
- Support Food and Beverage operations (Breakfast, Bar, Lunch, Dinner) and related guest services.
- Assist Reservations and Back Office teams when required.
- Participate in front-of-house related tasks and uphold safety for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- Service-focused personality and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop within Accor Academy and across 5,000+ hotels in 100+ countries.
