At Novotel London Tower Bridge, people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead the hotel’s People & Culture agenda and help bring our values and culture to life.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a senior leadership role that partners closely with the leadership team to create an engaging, inclusive and high‑performing workplace aligned with Novotel and Accor standards.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted People & Culture advisor to leaders and team members across the hotel
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction, ensuring a welcoming and engaging employee experience
- Drive talent development, learning and succession planning, supporting internal growth and career progression
- Shape and embed the hotel’s culture, values and wellbeing initiatives
- Deliver monthly well‑being actions to support team engagement and retention
- Ensure accurate payroll administration in line with legal and Accor requirements
- Support performance management, employee relations and policy application
- CIPD qualified (or working towards)
- Strong HR / People & Culture background, ideally within hospitality or a service‑driven environment
- Confident working with UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Passionate about people, culture and creating great place to work
