First impressions are everything! As ambassador, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to the departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
We welcome people without a hospitality background. The essential is to share the same expectations and values and speak the same language as our clients.
Do you have a passion for guest experience, excellent service, interaction, detail orientation and positive energy? Are you curious, outgoing, caring and audacious?
In this role, you guarantee an optimum guest experience at all times, anticipating and managing every situation to ensure guest satisfaction. You are responsible for processing and following up all booking requests, applying all standards and procedures including billing and cashing in. You master and value our offer and loyalty program toward all customers, proactive to develop revenue and sales.
Qualifications- Previous hotel experience preferred.

This is a part‑time position, 2 days per week. Rotating roster with early shifts (7 a.m. – 3:18 p.m.) and late shifts (3 p.m. – 11:18 p.m.). Available to work weekdays and weekends. Adagio is committed to promoting diversity and this position is open to everyone.
