- Customer Relations
- Enhances guest satisfaction.
- Handles guest comments and complaints, ensuring follow-up.
- Develops close relationships with guests to encourage loyalty.
- Ensures guests receive a warm and personalised welcome.
- Professional Techniques / Production
- Organises and supervises the preparation of points of sale according to activity forecasts.
- Ensures that reference standards are properly applied.
- Checks that sales materials are well presented.
- In conjunction with the Head Chef, prepares the menus, organises purchases and ensures the update and application of cooking instructions.
- Plans changes in the menu, sets prices and organises the work for the day in coordination with the Head Chef.

- Ensure information transmission in the concerned services.

- Develop excellent relations with guests.
- Prepare the commercial action plan for the department and ensure implementation.
- Set daily sales targets for the team.
- Analyse guests' comments and share them with the team.
- Launch and deploy marketing initiatives in the local area to increase revenue.
- Work in close collaboration with the sales department to ensure a high standard of service and satisfaction for meetings customers.
- Know the market and customer expectations.
- Keep close track of what the competition is doing.
- Use creativity and innovation to facilitate commercial operations.
- Management and Administration
- Ensure that management results are in line with the hotel's targets.
- Guarantee the respect of procedures governing cash operations, administration and audits, in line with the brand's internal audit guidelines.
- Draw up, implement and ensure that internal checks are properly carried out.
- Supervise purchasing for the restaurant and kitchen, manage stocks and check that AccorShop purchasing targets are met as decided by the brand.
- Ensure that the equipment and cultural assets of the department remain in good condition and working order.
- Check inventories that have been carried out.
- Take part in 'Debtor' meetings and implement actions to recover debt.
- Ensure that food and beverage costs comply with requirements defined by the hotel and the brand.
- Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
- Be responsible for keeping the equipment and furniture in good condition.
- Ensure machinery works reliably and follow up any technical work.
- Ensure that all F&B areas are kept clean and that hygiene and food safety standards are respected.
- Set up an action plan based on the hygiene analysis results and track implementation.
- Apply and ensure application of the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc).
- Be responsible for the security of people and property in the area under his/her remit.
- Qualifications
- Experience in a senior Food & Beverage role, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to think quickly and make decisive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control techniques, and financial analysis.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.

- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse sales data and guest feedback to drive operational improvements.
