What you’ll do:

  • Lead a dynamic team, overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets, including a diverse events space.
  • Drive revenue through strategic management of commercial initiatives with the leadership team, inspiring the team to deliver beyond expectations.
  • Take ownership over the P&L and business costs, finding efficient solutions while keeping quality high and the experience top-notch.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development and ensure food quality and consistency is always where it should be.
  • Keep guest and team experience at the heart of everything, leading from the front and being felt by team and guests alike.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-departmental budgeting and forecasting; understanding the financial expectations of a successful restaurant and bar business.
  • Ability to manage the budget daily, weekly, monthly; report results with granular understanding of ongoing trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, juggling many things at once.

Salary Range: annual gross salary €55,000-€65,000
