Job Description
We're looking for a warm, professional Spa Receptionist preferably with a background in beauty or wellness treatments.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the industry but prefers to step away from full time hands on work, while remaining happy to assist with treatments when needed.
You will be required to work every other weekend as part of the rota.
- Main Responsibilities
- To be point of contact for all direct and agent hotel bookings for Group, individual Spa days and residential Spa breaks
- To ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner and proactively chase provisional bookings
- To ensure the all administration of Spa bookings and events are recorded accurately and delivered efficiently
- To support spa reception as required to ensure customer service levels are maintained throughout the department
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK
- Previous experience within a similar role is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent administrative skills with strong IT skills
