Rattaché aux Superviseurs d\’étage, le / la Housekeeping Attendant aura pour mission principale : d\’Assurer l’entretien et la propreté impeccable des chambres et des parties communes conformément aux standards de qualité de Fairmont la Marina Rabat-Salé, tout en garantissant le confort et la satisfaction des clients.
Responsabilités principales :

Nettoyer, ranger et préparer les chambres, salles de bains et parties communes selon les procédures établies

Remplacer le linge de lit et les serviettes, réapprovisionner les chambres en produits d\’accueil et fournitures
-
Contrôler l\’état général des équipements dans les chambres et signaler tout dysfonctionnement ou anomalie
-
Respecter les règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et de confidentialité des clients
-
Optimiser l’utilisation des produits d\’entretien et veiller à la propreté du matériel de travail
-
Assurer un service discret et courtois, anticiper les besoins des clients

Participer à l’inventaire du linge, du minibar et du matériel de chambre si nécessaire
-
Travailler en coordination avec la gouvernante et les autres services (maintenance, réception et room service)
