As Hotel Manager you will lead the hotel’s operations, with a particular emphasis on luxury guest experience, people leadership, culinary excellence, and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day hotel operations in partnership with the General Manager, maintaining the highest brand standards of luxury and service excellence.
  • Be a passionate ambassador for the MGallery brand, ensuring every department delivers experiences that are elegant, immersive, and emotionally resonant.
  • Develop and empower department leaders to foster a culture of care, creativity, and accountability.
  • Oversee all operational departments, refining every detail from arrival to departure to create a seamless, personalised experience.
  • Collaborate with our culinary and F&B teams to ensure gastronomic excellence that complements the hotel’s sophisticated identity.
  • Drive employee engagement through effective coaching, professional development, succession planning, and team recognition.
  • Monitor and optimise operational performance, guest satisfaction, and team productivity through data analysis and proactive problem-solving.
  • Partner with Revenue, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive occupancy, ADR, and overall profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all brand, safety, legal, and operational standards, and promote a safe and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an executive leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • A strong background in food & beverage management is preferred.
  • A natural and engaging leader with a demonstrated passion for team development and service excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and hands-on leadership style.
  • A strong understanding of front-of-house, culinary, and operational workflows.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to influence revenue outcomes and manage budgets effectively.
