Job Description
- Provide guidance and support to the Reception team, helping them achieve their potential and accomplish departmental objectives.
- Assist in the effective day-to-day operation of the Front Office with a hands-on approach.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create positive, memorable experiences for all guests.
- Be confident in all aspects of guest relations, welcoming and recognising all guests, including those requiring special attention.
- Maintain strong working relationships and effective communication with all departments.
- Act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel and supporting all departments as required.
