- Overview
We are now taking on an additional part‑time team member in our Food and Beverage Department which includes the bar, the kitchen and the restaurant (breakfast and dinner).
Responsibilities
- Set up outlets as required by the hotel, and help clean and tidy areas and equipment during work shift.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Assist the manager and supervisor in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
- Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
- Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Strong team player and positive attitude.
