A fantastic opportunity to become a General Manager of a busy hotel. With 231 keys, the ibis Cambridge Central Station is located close to the historical city of Cambridge and its famous colleges. WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel departments, aligning operations with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business, owner, manager, employees, clients, and neighbours.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

  • You must have a minimum of 2 years experience as Hotel Manager; AGMs of large hotels in key cities may be considered.
  • Proven track record to drive top line revenue and motivate your team to do the same.
