Ibis London Wembley is looking for a positive team member to support the reception team and create memorable experiences for our guests.
What will you do?
- Welcome the guests and consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Contribute to guest's satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Review arrivals, ensure that special requests are met and service is anticipatory.
- Handle Guest concerns and react promptly, logging, notifying proper areas and ensuring the utmost satisfaction in resolutions.
- Assist in growing ALL program membership.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people. By joining us as a Front Office Manager, you will become part of a friendly team of 30 talents. Our hotel offers 210 Ibis rooms, and a bar-restaurant. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
This is a full-time position (39 hours per week), with a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday and two days off per week. The hourly rate is £13.88. Only candidates with the legal right to work full-time in the UK will be considered.
