Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently, providing a seamless experience.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, offering valuable information about the hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and efficient operations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle billing processes and processing payments.
  • Maintain and update guest records and databases.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss guest feedback, hotel policies, and service improvements.
  • Maintain a well‑organized and tidy front desk area.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Opera is highly desirable.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
