Together with the Operations Manager, you will address guest complaints and provide solutions, ensuring a wonderful guest experience. With an open attitude, you will motivate and inspire the front office team to provide high-quality services for your guests. We would love you to be pro-active, curious, creative, and have a great sense of humour. As a member of the hotel’s management team, you will participate in management meetings and carry out Duty Management shifts accordingly.
