We are looking for one receptionist to welcome our guests at Novotel Milano Linate. As the first point of contact for our hotel, the receptionist will play a crucial role to impact positively our guest.
Responsibilities:- Check in and check out
- Allocation of rooms coordinating with the housekeeping department.
- Anticipating guests' needs and handling their inquiries
- Having a complete knowledge of the hotel, including room types, relative features and facilities, rates, F&B outlets and promotions, etc.
- During the night shift, you are responsible for activities such as hotel closing, cash collection, and anticipating the needs of the next day.
- Careful of others and the environment around you: you contribute to making the stay as impeccable as unforgettable by bringing your little personal touch!
- With a strong team spirit and a keen sense of interpersonal skills, you are attentive to the needs of guests.
- Very fluent in Italian and English, you also have a good knowledge of a third language.
