Welcome guests warmly and provide a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experience while ensuring guest accounts are kept accurate and up to date. Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously, always aiming to deliver excellent customer service and a positive guest experience. Follow all security and confidentiality procedures to ensure the safety and privacy of guests at all times. Provide clear, accurate, and professional information regarding guest bookings, payments, and billing during arrival and departure. Respond positively and efficiently to guest and colleague enquiries, directing them to the appropriate department when needed. Promote hotel services and room options in a friendly and confident manner to help maximise guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.
