Le technicien de maintenance H/F contribue au bon fonctionnement de la totalité des équipements et installations techniques de l'hôtel, assure le suivi technique et la mise en conformité des chambres, afin d’assurer la sécurité et le confort du client. Il respecte les plannings d’interventions dans tout l’établissement en accord avec le directeur technique, et respecte les procédures en vigueur notamment dans l’entretien du matériel et des espaces.
Nous recherchons une personne motivée, amoureuse de la réparation et qui détient ces quelques qualités :
- Exemplaire dans sa manière d'être, de faire et incarne l'état d'esprit de la marque
- Bonnes connaissances en électricité, chauffage ainsi que plomberie et peinture
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, rigueur dans les exercices et méthode
- Capacité à étudier, analyser et interpréter des informations et/ou des activités complexes afin d’améliorer de nouvelles pratiques ou de mettre au point de nouvelles approches
