Starting Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Description:

  • Ensure all staff on the floor are meeting Rimrock standards of guest satisfaction and service.
  • Provide ongoing training, motivating, and monitoring of staff.
  • Provide floor support when business levels require including expediting food, preparing and serving beverages, conducting quality checks etc.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints and authorize compensation when necessary.
  • Adhere to and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
  • Perform office duties such as scheduling, monthly inventory, and pass-on.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in restaurant front-of-house operations or in-room dining.
  • Minimum one year of experience working in a leadership role.
  • Post-secondary education in hospitality is an asset.
  • Alberta ProServe Certification.
  • Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to remain composed while working in a fast-paced environment.

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
