We are seeking an experienced and visionary Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to support the strategic leadership of our restaurants, bars, and banqueting operations. This is a key leadership role, working alongside the Director of F&B to deliver world-class guest experiences while driving commercial success.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and support the daily operations of multiple restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring seamless service and exceptional standards.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop F&B leaders and their teams to reach their full potential.
- Assist in setting departmental strategy, managing budgets, and overseeing P&L performance.
- Ensure labour costs, payroll, and productivity are aligned with revenue goals.
- Partner with Talent & Culture on recruitment, training, and retention of top talent.
- Drive F&B sales through innovative promotions, guest engagement, and upselling initiatives.
- Maintain rigorous stock control, purchasing procedures, and compliance with liquor laws.
- Champion guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, responding to feedback, and elevating the overall dining experience.
- Uphold standards of health, safety, and hygiene across all outlets.
- Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and long-term planning for the F&B division.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel, resort, or large-scale operation.
- Strong business and financial acumen with expertise in budgeting and P&L management.
