No two days are alike as we provide unique experiences everyday such as our Mad Hatters afternoon tea in the Sanderson courtyard or our signature cocktails in the Blind Spot at St Martins Lane – our speakeasy cocktail bar.
We have a fabulous opportunity to join Sanderson in our Food & Beverage team as an F&B Host.
You will support the seamless running of the restaurant spaces, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests and seating them in our restaurant whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.
You will:
- Greetand acknowledging guests whilst building a rapport.
- Recognise repeat guests and addressing them with their names.
- Accommodateguests needs, i.e. wheel chair, restrooms, movement of drinks from one location to another, etc.
- Communicate guest complaints and compliments to management.
- Communicateguest special occasion to staff/management i.e. anniversaries, birthdays, proposals etc.
- Ensure guest seating is rotated between all service stations.
- Answertelephone to take new reservation and maintain current reservations within procedural guidelines.
- Be knowledgeable of food and drink menus offered and be able to answer queries and/or offer suggestions.

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:
- Previous experience within hotels or service-based industry would be ideal but not required.
- Good communication skills.
- Sense of urgency.
