As a Front Office Team Member, you will take care of guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. You will greet guests warmly, complete check‑ins and check‑outs, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional customer service. You will also take initiative to create personalized guest experiences, proudly promote hotel facilities and services, and identify opportunities to enhance each guest’s stay through up‑selling. This role offers a competitive salary of £14.80 per hour.
Qualifications:
- Service‑focused personality is essential, with a positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Strong communication skills in English are required, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy and multicultural environment.
