We are Novotel Amsterdam City, one of the largest 4-star hotels in the Netherlands. As a strong brand, we are part of the international organization Accor. Novotel Amsterdam City has 610 rooms, approximately 1,300 m2 of meeting space, and various F&B outlets. Daily, we accommodate an average of 500+ guests and provide them with the best service they could wish for.

Because at Novotel Amsterdam City, we are looking for a Duty Manager Trainee.
What will you be doing? In this internship, you will deal with a large span of control and responsibility. You maintain good contact with all departments to quickly respond when there are issues. You are, after all, the point of contact for all guests. When someone has a question, complaint, or problem, you know how to answer or resolve it effectively. You are also responsible for guest reviews that we receive about the hotel and it is up to you to creatively process their feedback by suggesting action plans. Additionally, you prepare a personal approach for our VIP guests staying at the hotel. You know how to surprise our guests in a daring way. And finally, you are capable of pitching in wherever necessary.
