Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our hotel’s Restaurant, Racing Bar, Foyer Bar, Afternoon Tea service, and Meetings & Events department, capable of catering for up to 250 guests for dinner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing food and beverage operations, ensuring top standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include menu planning, stock management, staff training, and financial oversight. A keen eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences are essential. The role involves collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintaining health and safety compliance, managing client relationships, and implementing cost control measures. Qualifications

- Oversee daily food and beverage operations.

- Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the Head Chef.
- Manage stocks and order supplies as needed.
