Key Responsibilities- Support the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations
- Champion guest satisfaction and lead by example in service delivery
- Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team across departments
- Drive profitability and operational efficiency in line with brand standards
- Oversee Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance
- Manage room inventory, guest check‑ins/outs, and front office performance
- Maintain health & safety, food safety, and licensing compliance
- Promote the Mercure brand and Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme
- Collaborate with spa and leisure teams to enhance guest experience
- Lead operational delivery for events, conferences, and race‑day bookings
- Minimum 2 years hotel management or operations management experience
- Proven team leadership and people development skills
- Strong F&B background with hands‑on operational knowledge
- Experience with property management systems (Opera Cloud preferred)
- Familiarity with POS systems (Micros or similar)
- Understanding of food safety, licensing, and brand compliance
- Passion for hospitality and guest‑first mindset
