Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cluster-wide digital and e-commerce strategy, aligned with the brand’s global marketing direction and each hotel’s business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, digital innovations, and emerging platforms to position the brand and its properties as leaders in the digital hospitality space.
- Oversee the functionality, design, and content of hotel-level websites, brand.com presence, and third-party e-commerce channels, ensuring optimal performance, localization, and SEO best practices.
- Monitor and optimize booking funnel conversion across platforms, minimizing abandonment and maximizing direct revenue.
- Ensure up-to-date content, and consistency across OTAs, metasearch, and brand platforms.
- Drive initiatives to grow direct booking share, including book direct campaigns, best rate guarantees, and loyalty integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing and e-commerce within hospitality or a consumer-centric industry.
- A strong cluster or multi-unit background is a plus.
- Proven success in managing performance marketing campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and direct revenue generation strategies.
- Strong understanding of hospitality tech stacks, including CMS, CRS, PMS, Meta Search, OTA’s and booking engines.
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads certified preferred), web analytics, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize performance insights into actionable business decisions.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and working in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for hospitality, innovation, and excellence in digital guest experiences.
