Description du poste :

  • Supervise efficacement les opĂ©rations quotidiennes de point de vente, assurant un service de haute qualitĂ©.
  • Coordonne et motive le personnel pour atteindre les normes de service et les objectifs de l'Ă©tablissement.
  • Assiste dans l'Ă©laboration de stratĂ©gies visant Ă  optimiser la rentabilitĂ© de l'outlet.
  • Gère la planification et l'exĂ©cution d'Ă©vĂ©nements spĂ©ciaux et de promotions pour stimuler les ventes.
  • Contribue Ă  l'analyse des performances financières de l'outlet et propose des ajustements si nĂ©cessaire.
  • Veille Ă  la conformitĂ© aux normes d'hygiène alimentaire, de sĂ©curitĂ© et de service Ă  la clientèle.
  • Surveille les tendances du marchĂ© et propose des ajustements au menu et aux offres.

Qualifications :

  • DiplĂ´me ou formation dans le domaine de la gestion hĂ´telière ou de la restauration est un atout.
