Job Description

First impressions are everything! As ambassador, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Serves guests (provides waiter service and clears away), in line with the Breakfast concept. Provides a high standard of service both in terms of welcome and waiter service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, make suggestions, answer and present the breakfast buffet
  • Answer all questions about beverages and the food
  • Ensure quality service in the Breakfast area and kitchen
  • Use sales techniques to retain customers and attract more
  • Apply health regulations relating to cleanliness
  • Apply safety regulations
  • Comply with equipment usage guidelines
  • Comply with maintenance guidelines for the restaurant
  • Ensure your work area is clean
  • Organize your work and work area professionally
  • Clean and clear the breakfast area
  • Do all other tasks as required by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Previous hotel experience preferable
  • Guest oriented & problem solver.

Additional Information

  • This is a part time position 2 days per week (Fridays and Saturdays)
  • Rotating roster mix of early shifts (6.30 to 2.48pm)
  • Available to work week days and weekends.
