The Hoxton opened its doors in Florence, capital of Italy’s Tuscany region and home to some of the world’s most famous masterpieces of Renaissance art, architecture and monuments. The Hoxton in Florence features 161 beautiful bedrooms of varying sizes, a large ground floor restaurant, bar, lobby, rooftop and courtyard, as well as a basement meeting and events space.

What you’ll do…

  • Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
  • Know your product and systems inside out.
  • Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
  • Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
  • Be more than a Bartender – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
