Le Grand Hôtel Roi René**** Aix en Provence Mgallery est à la recherche de son/sa prochain/e Barman – Barmaid dès à présent.
Salaire à partir de 2 226€ BRUT (à voir selon niveau d\’expérience).

Rôle :
Vous contribuez au bon déroulement du service Bar et à la qualité des boissons, des cocktails, en plus d’animer le lieu et d’assurer la facturation et l’encaissement des clients.
Missions principales :
- Accueil et placement des clients
- Conseil des produits et services de l’hôtel
- Développement du chiffre d’affaires du point de vente, bar et piscine
- Qualité constante du service proposée
- Promotion de la carte des boissons, cocktails et plats
- Animation du bar et création d’une ambiance chaleureuse
- Facturation et encaissement des consommations
- Gestion de l’approvisionnement du bar
- Création de nouveaux cocktails pour les changements de carte
- Respect des fiches techniques des cocktails
- Recommandation de cocktails aux clients
- Aide apportée au service restauration (petit-déjeuner, déjeuner, dîner)
