At the RIBELLI restaurant, everything revolves around genuine Italian cuisine: from pizza and oven dishes to wine and Italian craft beer. The name RIBELLI says it all. There is a little rebel in each of us, who wants to outdo the ordinary and Italian mainstream cuisine every day anew. Our service is informally personal, reflecting the unique 25hours fashion.
For our new SPRITZ-BAR, we are looking for a committed bar employee with a passion for innovative drinks to strengthen our team. COME AS YOU ARE & SHOW HOW YOU CARE...... in a 4-day week. Enjoy 3 days off each week and the flexibility to organize your free time!
What your working day looks like...
- You ensure smooth processes and workflows so that the team can work seamlessly, even during busy times.
- You enjoy working with people and caring for their well-being.
- As a trained gastronome, you always have tasks to handle and can create memorable experiences for guests.
- Preparing and serving creative Spritz drinks, cocktails, and long drinks for the restaurant and bar.
- Advising guests on drinks and recommending suitable combinations.
- Managing the ordering and stocking of spirits and other beverages.
- Maintaining the quality and attractive presentation of drinks.
- Supporting the development of new Spritz creations.
- Handling cash register activities and end-of-shift accounting.
- Organizing and maintaining the bar area.
Qualifications
- Experience working at the bar is required.
- Passion for drinks, especially aperitifs, bitters, and Spritz creations.
- Basic knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail preparation.
- Reliable and independent work ethic.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly manner with guests.
- Team player with organizational skills and an interest in bar scene trends.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- An enthusiasm for good food and drinks and a desire to discover new concepts.
