Your purpose will be to create a sophisticated and memorable experience for each guest. While remembering orders and serving drinks is important, making an emotional connection with our guests is paramount.
You will be responsible for:
- Looking after several tables at once and engaging with guests.
- Making recommendations and collaborating with the host, bar, and management team.
- Learning and following our five-star standards.
- Delivering five-star hospitality and being confident in your knowledge of cocktails, champagnes, wines, and food.
- Attending training sessions and learning from team members.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 1-2 years serving or hosting experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Passion for and understanding of five-star hospitality.
- Quick thinking, resourceful, and able to solve problems in the moment.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous at all times.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Rights to work in the UK.
Desirable:
- Basic knowledge of a POS System.
- Basic knowledge of Open Table.
