Vos futures missions :
- Depuis votre Bar, vous êtes la tour de contrôle du service avec un regard à 360° sur votre salle, assurant l’animation de votre Bar et la qualité de service en salle, le tout dans une ambiance chaleureuse.
- Vous êtes en charge de la fermeture du point de vente et de la clôture journalière (caisses, offerts, remises, annulations..)
- Vous êtes garant du suivi des process et des règles d’hygiène HACCP.
- Vos équipes diront de vous que vous êtes un véritable leader, capable de motiver ses troupes et de les faire évoluer.
- Vous serez force de proposition pour dynamiser vos espaces de vente, toutes les bonnes idées sont à prendre !
- Vous participerez avec votre Responsable à la clôture des fins de mois.
