We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Night Manager to support the smooth running of our overnight operation. Working alongside the Night Manager, you’ll help deliver exceptional guest service, oversee the Night Audit process, support and motivate the night team, and ensure the safety and security of our guests, colleagues and hotel. You’ll also confidently lead the operation in the Night Manager’s absence.

This position is full‑time, 39 hours per week.
As our Assistant Night Manager, you will:
- Support the Night Manager in delivering a smooth, efficient and safe overnight operation.
- Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Night Manager, taking responsibility for the hotel overnight.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by handling enquiries, resolving concerns and leading by example.
- Assist with completing the Night Audit, ensuring all financial transactions, revenue postings and reports are accurate.
- Support daily, weekly and monthly operational and financial reporting.
- Ensure billing, cash handling and banking procedures are completed accurately and in line with company standards.
- Supervise, motivate and support the Front Office Night Team while assisting other departments as required.
- Conduct regular security patrols throughout the hotel, including public areas, guest floors, gym, garage and back‑of‑house areas.
- Ensure all health, safety, fire and security procedures are followed and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Support overnight room service operations, ensuring orders are prepared, delivered and presented to brand standards.
- Assist with coordinating overnight staffing levels and maintaining effective communication between departments.
- Coach, train and support the development of team members in line with Accor brand standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and contribute ideas to continuously improve service and operational performance.
- Support the Night Manager with departmental administration, handovers and maintaining operational standards.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English. Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one‑night stay for you to experience this first hand.
